Our heritage
Vodka is deeply woven into Poland’s cultural and culinary heritage.
The first written record of the word wódka appeared in Poland in 1405.
Today, the term “Polish vodka” is legally protected.
To carry that name, it must be produced in Poland using traditional methods and approved raw materials.
No shortcuts, no artificial additives are allowed.
A standard rooted in centuries of craft.
Organic Rye
We use certified organic rye grown in Poland — a grain long associated with traditional Polish vodka.
Rye gives vodka structure and subtle character while remaining clean and precise.
It’s the foundation of the smooth, rounded profile Polish vodka is known for.
Although rye is a grain, distillation removes gluten proteins entirely — leaving only a clean, naturally gluten-free spirit.
Water
Vodka is only as good as its water.
We use purified water to bring the spirit down to bottling strength, ensuring clarity without dulling the character of the distillate.
Nothing added. Nothing masked.
Distillation
We distill slowly in copper stills, a material long valued for producing a cleaner, more rounded spirit.
The vodka is then gently charcoal-filtered for clarity, without stripping its character.
Before bottling, it’s allowed to rest for two weeks — a final step that lets the spirit settle and soften naturally.
The Result
Clean, structured, and additive-free.
A vodka shaped by origin, not trends.
Made the way it has been made for generations — with patience, restraint, and respect for the craft.
